Expanding the Character Count

The Twitter platform has appealed to many people because of their 140 character restriction on tweets. It appeals to people that believe less is more and are frankly not interested in reading lots of information … just get to the point.

Today Twitter has officially expanded the number of characters in a tweet from 140 to 280 characters.
